What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist:
At Harbor Haven, you’ll deliver high-quality care that changes lives. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Perform initial and ongoing evaluations of residents’ mobility, strength, and endurance
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Assist residents in regaining independence in daily living activities
-
Administer targeted therapies to improve function and prevent further injury

Educate residents and staff on fall prevention and safe mobility strategies

Recommend assistive devices and adaptive strategies

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
