Rehab Resources is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children, providing essential therapy services at our outpatient clinic and within the community that support their development and well-being.
This position offers flexibility with a four-day work week (Monday through Thursday), allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Candidates should be available until 5:30/6:00 PM twice a week, providing the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal time.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical capabilities, including strength, mobility, and coordination.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s movement, strength, and functional independence.
- Addressing developmental or injury-related challenges, including balance, walking, running, and posture.
- Assisting children in achieving key milestones in motor development and mobility.
- Providing hands-on interventions to improve gross motor function and reduce the risk of injury.
- Working with children to improve endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
- Collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive therapy plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on how to assist in the child’s therapy at home and in the school environment.
- Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop appropriate goals and review therapy outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of treatment and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
