Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who thrives in a dynamic, child-centered environment? Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree)

• Passion for working with children in early intervention and outpatient pediatric settings

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues

• Empathy, adaptability, and commitment to family-centered care

• Confidence and enthusiasm for collaborative, multi-setting pediatric care

Your Role Will Include

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for children

• Providing hands-on therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings

• Supporting development in fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional independence

• Recommending adaptive tools and interventions to enhance participation

• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Participating in IFSP/IEP or B-3 team meetings as appropriate

• Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation of therapy plans and outcomes
