OTR Responsibilities:

Complete evaluations assessing residents’ functional, cognitive, and physical abilities
-
Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
-
Provide OT interventions focused on ADLs, self-care, upper extremity strength, and functional mobility
-
Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and strategies
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
-
Maintain timely and accurate documentation per regulatory standards
-
Promote a safe, encouraging therapeutic environment that supports resident independence

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
