Greenfield Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Viroqua, WI.
Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

Qualifications
-
Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelor's, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.

Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Or
-
Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
