What You’ll Do as a COTA
- Assisting the OTR in performing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing therapeutic activities to improve residents’ strength, mobility, and independence in daily living tasks
- Supporting residents with adaptive strategies, equipment use, and fall prevention
- Monitoring and documenting residents’ progress accurately
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve therapy goals
- Providing education and guidance to residents and staff on safe function and independence

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
