Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Rehab Office Coordinator (ROC) at our growing senior care community in Marinette, WI. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our therapy team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for residents, families, and staff.
As the Rehab Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation department—supporting therapists, managing administrative tasks, and fostering positive communication across the care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for therapy services.
Schedule and coordinate therapy appointments, maintaining accurate therapist calendars.
Support administrative operations including data entry, documentation, and supply management.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapists, and facility staff.
Assist with billing processes, insurance verification, and record management.
Ensure compliance with Greenfield policies and healthcare regulations.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of medical health experience.
