Your role as a Physical Therapist:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Help seniors regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function
Guide patients through exercises and ADLs to enhance independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients, families, and staff on safe mobility and fall prevention
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring excellence in care delivery
