I am recruiting on behalf of Greenfield Partners, Inc. for an associate opportunity with Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm.
Fisher Phillips is seeking an attorney with approximately three to six years of labor and employment experience, including substantive wage-and-hour and litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Wage-and-hour matters
- Broader labor and employment law
- Written discovery
- Legal research and substantive motion practice
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Taking and defending depositions
- Managing litigation matters and significant litigation assignments
- Exercising sound judgment
- Communicating clearly with clients and litigation teams
Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Be admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Be admitted to practice in New York
- Have a law-school GPA of at least 3.2
- Have approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Have labor and employment experience, including wage-and-hour matters
- Have strong litigation experience
- Possess strong writing, analytical, judgment, and communication skills
- Be able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Strong academic credentials are valued. Candidates from a broad range of law schools will be considered.
Base compensation is $170,000–$215,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
