Greenfield School District is seeking a special educator to work with students in grades five to seven, with a team of professionals, and with students in special education classrooms. DUTIES: •Teaching students with a variety of disabilities in special education classrooms with partial inclusion or substantially separate placements •Documenting student progress in the curriculum and students’ special education programs •Supervising paraprofessionals, and ensuring their follow-through with the program •Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide a comprehensive and appropriate program with access to the general curriculum, inclusion, and inclusion support according to individual student needs •Writing IEPs and progress reports, and manage all aspects of special education compliance for assigned student caseload SALARY: Per the salary schedule of the Greenfield Education Association Master Contract starting at $54,141
