This is a full-time, on-site Arborist position based in Hacienda Heights, CA. The Arborist will be responsible for providing expert tree care, diagnosing tree health issues, performing pruning, planting, removal of trees, and assessing overall tree health. Additional responsibilities include identifying tree species, implementing arboricultural practices, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure the health and safety of trees and surrounding landscapes.
- Knowledge and experience in Forestry and Arboriculture best practices
- Skill in Tree Identification and a strong understanding of tree health and maintenance
- Certified Arborist credentials (ISA Certification preferred) and expertise in proper tree care techniques
- Experience handling tasks involving Trees such as pruning, planting, and removal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for assessing and diagnosing tree health issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment relevant to arboriculture work
- Physical capability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or degrees in forestry, horticulture, or related fields are a plus
