Greenfield Community Choir
Do you love choral music and enjoy inspiring adult singers? Greenfield Community Choir is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and accomplished Choir Director to lead our nonprofit community choir into its next season!
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead weekly Tuesday rehearsals, 7:00–9:00 p.m.
- Conduct concerts and special performances
- Select and prepare engaging concert repertoire
- Provide musical leadership, instruction, and encouragement
- Collaborate with accompanists, musicians, the Assistant Director, and Board of Directors
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and inspiring choir community
COMPENSATION: $50 per rehearsal/concert
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
An experienced choral conductor who enjoys working with adult community singers and can balance musical excellence with creativity, approachability, and encouragement. Experience directing a community, church, collegiate, or other adult choir is valued. Formal music education or a related degree is preferred, but not required.
