Position Overview

As a service team member, you will be an ambassador of Greenery Co.’s beliefs. You will be a key part of the guest experience through face-to-face customer interactions and our one-on-one service model. You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their salads on the line, and ending their experience at the cash register. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant Manager but will be empowered to make your own decisions to create the best experience for our guests. We encourage our team members to be well-rounded and regardless of what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will be tasked with taking on different positions within our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of front line, lobby, bathrooms, and patio area. Take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs. Restock utensils, napkins, and bathrooms
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests
• Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling
• Set up, maintain, and break down front line area
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Greet guests, guide the customer journey, resolve guest issues, and properly inform guests of cashless transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of online-ordering (OLO) pick-up area; organize OLO shelf, and help guests locate their salads

• Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experience

COVID-19 Procedures

In order to keep our team safe, we will take temperatures before the start of a shift. We will also provide face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer throughout the space, and require all customers to wear masks.
