What You'll Do
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming shrubs & palm trees
- Work on a variety of residential, commercial, and HOA properties
- Ensure every property is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Collaborate with your crew and crew leader to exceed customer expectations
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $21/hr
- Pay increase: to $22/hr after 30 days of satisfactory performance
- Bonus: $500 bonus paid 90 days after start date with satisfactory performance

What We're Looking For
- 2 years of professional landscaping experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
- Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available
- Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
