Lawn Care Technician

A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills:

• Possess or have the ability to pass pesticide certification test within 60 days of employment
• Data entry/database software experience preferred but not required.
• Must be coachable in a fluent & dynamic operational environment.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to diagnose and recommend treatment for a wide range of lawn and irrigation issues.
• Stand, bend and walk for more than 8 hours a day in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members via written and verbal applications.
• Technical & mechanical aptitude towards lawn care & irrigation systems, equipment and processes.
• An individual who is trustworthy, punctual and reliable with flexibility to work seasonal hours, which may include long days based on production schedules and weather variables.
• Customer service skills and abilities to produce additional sales opportunities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: 

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
