We are looking for an experienced lawn care applicator in the Western Wisconsin or Eastern Minnesota areas seeking year-round work.
LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN - HUDSON, RIVER FALLS & EAST METRO

Green Oasis is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals to develop a career in the lawn care field. We are in search of year-round staff members, willing to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday from March until November, then winter Christmas lighting and snow removal from November through February.
A well-qualified applicant will possess the following traits and skills:
- Possess your Turf and Ornamental pesticide applicator license. Aquatic license helpful but not required. Paid training. No experience is necessary.
- Data entry/database software experience preferred but not required. Green Oasis uses Real Green software.
- Must be coachable in a fluent & dynamic operational environment.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to diagnose and recommend treatment for a wide range of lawn issues.
- Ability to read and write English, including maps and diagrams.
- Stand, bend and walk for more than 8 hours a day in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members via written and verbal applications.
- Technical & mechanical aptitude towards lawn care systems, equipment, and processes.
- An individual who is trustworthy, punctual, and reliable with the flexibility to work seasonal hours, which may include long days based on production schedules and weather variables.
- Customer service skills and abilities to produce additional sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
