Job Description
Green Oasis is looking for a dedicated individual to lead our deck building carpentry crew! This role primarily focuses on leading the construction of Composite Decks, Pergolas, and Home Additions at residential properties.
- 3 years in deck building experience required
- Covered porch experience preferred.
- Leadership Experience and be able to lead a crew of up to 4
- Communication with Management about changes in project
- Pay based on experience, hourly pay incentive bonuses

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Incentive Package

Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Monday thru Friday, Weekends available but not mandatory
- Overtime
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: Western Wisconsin & Eastern Twin Cities primarily.
