Job Description
- Support environmental health research projects focused on lead-based paint, asbestos, and community hazards.
- Review technical documents for completeness, accuracy, and program compliance.
- Assist with the evaluation of environmental hazard materials and mitigation documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to track timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including schools, childcare facilities, and contractors.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and support resolution with participants.
- Develop and improve guidance materials, templates, and documentation tools.
- Support data tracking, reporting, and project coordination using internal systems.
- Strong interest in environmental health, housing/environmental hazards, or public health programs
- Basic familiarity with environmental issues such as lead or asbestos
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical review processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a structured workflow environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
