Job Description:
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business.
- Serve as the primary advisory contact for clients on benefit-related service needs.
- Collaborate with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives throughout the renewal process.
- Conduct needs analyses, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings.
- Address daily client issues and provide proactive communication.
- Advise clients on cost-effective benefit options and industry trends.
- Support form 5500 filings as applicable.
- Lead and coordinate work with the extended internal service team.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work with clients at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
