Role Description
This is a PART-TIME on-site role for a Mississippi Associate Attorney located in Southaven, MS. The Associate Attorney will handle a caseload that may include Personal Injury and Criminal law cases, provide legal advice to clients, conduct legal research, and assist in developing and structuring legal strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, and participating in negotiations to achieve resolution of disputes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a specialization in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong aptitude in providing Legal Advice and adeptness in Negotiation
- Ability to conduct in-depth Legal Research effectively and efficiently
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Mississippi
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in employment law or litigation is an advantage
