Our office is part of the Underbite Dental Management Group, a unique, people-first dental support organization that owns, operates, and provides services to practices across New York City, Connecticut, and Maryland. Position Details:
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Hourly Rate: $25–$27 per hour, based on experience
- Work Location: In-person – New York, NY

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is a patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You’ll be part of a team that values quality care, communication, and teamwork.
- Experience: Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray Certification: Required or in progress
- Digital Dentistry Skills:
- Proficient in digital X-rays
- Experience with iTero scanning and impressions
- Key Strengths:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to infection control protocols
- Team-player mindset and a positive attitude
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide 4-handed chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare and educate patients for treatment
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control standards
- Capture digital X-rays and assist with scanning/impressions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth clinical flow
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op care
- Support overall team operations in a high-volume practice
