Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification/Licensure: Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License with a clean driving
record.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Picks up and delivers supplies, correspondence, medical specimens and packages between the Hospital and Medical Clinics.
- Ensures timely, safe and accurate delivery.
- Demonstrates clear ownership of workplace and patient safety.
- Reports mistakes, near misses, adverse events and quality and safety concerns.
- Participates in the development and implementation of safety and quality improvement activities.
- Protects patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification/Licensure: Must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License with a clean driving
record.
Experience: The ability to read and follow instructions. 2 years’ experience as a courier or delivery person preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills. The ability to stay on task and meet required delivery deadlines.
Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting, walking and standing. Frequent time spent driving an automobile. Good visual acuity. Ability to stoop, bend and reach.
