Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will operate and monitor a variety of industrial machinery, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Your work will help deliver high-quality products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Operate and monitor various machines including slitter/winder, flexo press and converting line in a safe and productive manner using the established guidelines and procedures.
- Follow safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workspace for all team members.
- This position involves repetitive lifting, squatting, turning, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
- Assist with packaging, assembly line tasks, and materials handling to support overall manufacturing operations.
- Ability to maneuver (push and pull) a manual pallet jacket and other equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping and regularly clean the work area, machines, and equipment.
- Adhere to established company practices, policies and procedures at all times.
- Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
- Regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Assist team members as directed and other duties assigned.
- Basic math skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Agree to background check.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
