Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off CDL Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of commercial vehicles to transport waste, recyclables, and other materials in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Your strong driving skills, along with your mechanical aptitude, will support seamless pickup and delivery operations while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
As a CDL Class A Driver, you will be responsible for the transport and handling of roll-off containers while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Operate a variety of trucks for roll-off pick up and delivery.
- Load and unload materials using mechanical systems, tarping loads using mechanical or manual effort, ensuring secure and balanced cargo.
- Drive heavy-duty vehicles over short and long distances to deliver waste or recyclable materials to designated locations.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to loading or unloading materials using appropriate equipment or manual effort.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently while adhering to schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating roll-off trucks, air brakes, class A.
- CDL Experience (preferably 2 years)
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and familiarity with manual and automatic transmissions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy vehicle operation and material handling.

Pay: $21.50 - $33.75 per hour
