- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with residential and commercial customers.
- Solid financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, basic P&L review, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Working knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance in a field or industrial environment; propane or hazardous materials experience is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with customers, vendors, and regulators.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and respond to operational issues in real time.
- Comfort with basic business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or dispatch systems); willingness to learn company-specific tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Columbus, MS, and, as needed, support after-hours or seasonal peak operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications or training in propane, safety, or transportation are an advantage.
