Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday Evening Shift, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (16 hours/week; 32 hours/pay period)
Pay Range: LPN - $30.60-41.99 (DOE); RN - $35.10 - $48.17 (DOE) Plus applicable weekend shift differentials
Job Description:
The Windsor RN/LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN/LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current RN/LPN license in the State of Illinois
- Ability to maintain your RN/LPN license as required by the facility or the state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
- Experience with PCC, Point Click Care, or ability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
