Responsibilities
- Guide and support the daily clinical operations of the rehab unit
- Assist with prioritizing resident care needs and team workflow
- Help ensure documentation and clinical practices remain compliant with state regulations
- Serve as a resource and support system for residents, families, and team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident outcomes
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on compassion and accountability
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Understanding of MDS and care planning processes is beneficial
- Leadership mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all shifts
- Full-Time Day Shift | 40 hours per week
- Full-Time Evening Shift | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Includes call rotation, weekends, and holidays
