Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Nurse (LPN or RN)
- Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Care Settings: Memory care, long-term care, and assisted living
- Location: New Carlisle, Indiana
Competitive Pay
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21–$35.45 per hour
Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80–$40.66 per hour

What You'll Do
As a member of our nursing team, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, attentive, and individualized care throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing residents and recognizing changes in their health or condition
- Administering medications and treatments according to established care plans
- Providing nursing services tailored to each resident’s needs
- Communicating with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Following nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements
- Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Supporting residents’ emotional, social, and physical well-being
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a nurse who combines sound clinical judgment with a compassionate, resident-first approach.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana LPN or RN license
- Dependability, accountability, and strong communication skills
- A commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care, senior living, or memory care
- Familiarity with the needs of older adults living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
