In this role, you’ll help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valued—while working alongside a group of caring professionals who treat each other like family.

- Provide medication administration and treatments—including tube feedings, IV medications, colostomy/ileostomy care, G-tube care, PICC line/IV care, oxygen care, and glucometer readings.
- Review and verify physician orders with MARs for accuracy (new admissions, new orders, etc.).
- Complete MDS summaries by their required due dates.
- Promote resident safety by monitoring for wandering, responding promptly to alarms, and being attentive to mobility needs.
- Answer call lights and offer support to all residents on the unit.
- Partner with Resident Care Specialists/CNAs to ensure residents receive high-quality, attentive care.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in effective shift-to-shift communication by giving and receiving detailed reports.
- Follow all safety, lifting, and transfer guidelines to support resident and staff wellbeing.
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
- Memory Care experience preferred.
- Frequent fingering, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Occasional reaching, kneeling, standing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs frequently (resident transfers completed with staff assistance and gait belt).
- Ability to see clearly at close range for documentation and care tasks.
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious materials; universal precautions must be followed.
