As our Maintenance Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our buildings, equipment, and grounds in top condition while supporting the comfort and safety of our residents and team members.
Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
What You’ll Do
- Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Complete work orders promptly and in compliance with code standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with residents and staff to ensure a great experience for everyone on campus.
- Assist with apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and small projects.
- Respond to calls, including lockouts and emergency situations.
- Maintain shop supplies and order as needed.
- Operate golf carts to transport tools and supplies between facilities.
- Provide seasonal snow removal and assist with event setup and tear-down.
- Participate in a weekend/evening on-call rotation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–3 years of general maintenance experience preferred.
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry work.
- Ability to work independently and safely, following maintenance department standards.
- Good communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
