Greencroft Communities a faith based, non-profit senior housing community. The Healthcare Administrator will provide leadership, direction and oversight of healthcare services in our 175-bed healthcare facility including nursing and other support services. The successful candidate will oversee the healthcare operations at Greencroft Goshen and join us in an exciting 2-year remodel project.
Duties include:
- Serve as a member of the Greencroft Goshen Management Group and share in overall management of the organization. Responsible in all matters to protect and uphold the reputation of Greencroft Communities (GC), Greencroft Goshen (GG), Greencroft affiliates, and those served, being attentive to issues of confidentiality, public relations and long-term planning.
- Collaborate on corporate initiatives in total quality management. Ensure that quality is at its best, and that the care, privacy and dignity of the resident is respected in all activities and services.
- Establish goals for operations that are consistent with the philosophy of Greencroft Goshen. Assure the mission, vision and values of the organization are met.
- Is responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team environment.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field required
- Licensed Health Facility Administrator in the State of IN
- Previous managerial experience required
- Five years or more of long-term care leadership experience is required.
