- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the dining team to deliver excellent service
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Support special meals and resident preferences when needed
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
