Schedule:
PRN / On-Call Shifts may include days, evenings, nights and weekends based on coverage needs
What Youll Do:
- Provide support and assistance to residents, including those with dementia
- Help with daily routines such as meals, mobility, and personal care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Respond to resident needs and call systems as needed
- Create a positive, respectful experience for residents and guests
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Caregiving experience (personal or professional) is a plus
- Flexible and dependable with the ability to pick up shifts as needed
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently
