Greencroft Goshen is looking for a warm, dependable Beautician to provide salon services for our residents. This role is about more than hair care - its an opportunity to help residents feel confident, cared for, and connected while building meaningful relationships along the way.
As our Beautician, you will:
- Provide haircuts, styling, perms, and other salon services for both men and women.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable experience by listening and responding to each residents needs.
- Manage the beauty shops daily operations, appointments, service records, payments, supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized salon that follows all state and federal requirements.
What You Bring
- Current Indiana cosmetologist license required.
- Previous beauty shop experience required; five or more years preferred.
- Experience working with older adults preferred.
- Up-to-date hair-cutting, styling, and perming skills.
- Warm, respectful communication and strong listening skills.
- Ability to process sales transactions, collect payments, and maintain inventory.
- A genuine desire to serve older adults with kindness, patience, and dignity.
