What You’ll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing (walk-behind & zero-turn mowers)
- String trimming, edging, and blower cleanup
- Property cleanups (spring/fall)
- Mulch and basic landscaping work
- Working efficiently as part of a small crew
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time, every day (non-negotiable)
- Works at a steady, fast pace
- Can take direction and adjust quickly
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Able to work outdoors in heat and varying weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8–10 hours/day
- Must be dependable and communicate clearly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Pay & Growth
- $20–$25/hour based on performance
- Opportunity to grow into Crew Leader role
- Performance-based raises and incentives available
How we hire
We do not do long interviews. Qualified applicants will be invited to a paid trial day to work with the crew.
You will be paid for the day, and we will both decide if it’s a good fit.
