Greenbrier Veterinary Services is an established veterinary practice located at 1715 General Wood Pkwy in Evans, Ga. We are looking grow our professional and caring team. Our customer service-oriented staff work to make our clients and their pets a priority and build bonds within our community.
Our clinic business hours area Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm with no weekend hours. Staff members work four 10 hour shifts and the position is for full time employment.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants who have at least 1 year of clinic experience as a veterinary receptionist with excellent customer service skills. Good communication and team work is mandatory. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and drive who will take initiative to get the job done. Experience working in a Veterinary clinic is preferred.
You must be able to handle all sizes of dogs and cats properly and safely. We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Positive working attitude and being able to mutli-task is a must.
- Comfort working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Knowledge of vaccines, heartworm, and flea and tick prevention is prefered.
- Ability to educate clients on requirements and recommendations given by doctor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Utilize multiple modes of communication with clients, including in person and over the phone communication, email, and messaging app.
- Handle animals with care, ensuring their comfort and safety during visits.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
- Provide information on pet care and services to clients, enhancing their experience.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the reception area and front of clinic.
