This position offers a base salary of $70,000 per year, with commission earning potential that brings most employees to over $100,000 annually.

As a Sales Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective residents with a life-changing lifestyle. Success in this position requires the ability to build trust, inspire enthusiasm, and guide prospects through an important decision-making process. In addition, you will be responsible for energetically prospecting and cultivating leads through the community’s CRM database.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relational sales (senior living industry experience highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with CRM and sales management databases.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals over time.
- Ability to inspire trust, engage effectively with prospective residents, and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven.
