Duties
- Plan, organize, and oversee weekly market operations to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for vendors and visitors.
- Recruit, vet, and coordinate with local farmers, artisans, and food producers to ensure diverse and quality offerings.
- Manage vendor contracts, set up market layouts, and coordinate logistics such as stall assignments and setup times.
- Promote the market through social media, community outreach, and partnerships to attract visitors and increase visibility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
- Facilitate communication between vendors, community organizations, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Monitor market performance, gather feedback from participants and visitors, and implement improvements to enhance the market experience.
Requirements
