Key Responsibilities
🔹 Financial & Accounting Management
- Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, CAM reconciliations & variance reports
- Ensure accurate forecasting and expense management
🔹 Property Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing
- Manage preventive maintenance, repairs & capital projects
- Ensure operational excellence across all assets
🔹 Tenant Relations & Lease Administration
- Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive service
- Administer leases, tenant improvements & compliance
- Support tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs
🔹 Vendor & Contract Management
- Select, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
- Ensure service compliance, safety standards & cost control
🔹 Energy Management & Sustainability
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives
- Maintain compliance with local sustainability regulations
🔹 Security, Parking & Building Services
- Oversee building safety, parking operations & emergency preparedness
- Ensure optimal building performance and tenant comfort
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in commercial property management (office retail)
- Strong understanding of HVAC and building engineering systems
- Proven team leadership and management experience
- Experience with MRI or similar property management software
- Strong accounting and Excel proficiency
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
