This is a full-time on-site LPN/RN role located in Bradenton, FL. The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Nursing skills such as administering medications and monitoring patient conditions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Current LPN/RN license in Florida
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
