Greenbriar Oceanaire is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment while assisting with the daily maintenance and upkeep of our clubhouse, grounds, and community facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance.
- Complete minor repairs, routine upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the clubhouse and community amenities.
- Set up and break down equipment, furniture, and supplies for community events.
- Perform general custodial duties, including cleaning and maintaining common areas.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and equipment issues.
- Assist the Maintenance Team with additional projects and daily operational needs.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and handyman tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
- Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to perform the physical demands associated with general maintenance.
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or custodial experience preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
