The Firm:
Greenblum & Bernstein (“G&B”) is a mid-size Intellectual Property law firm located in Reston, VA, representing companies all over the world. We are seeking an Associate Attorney in our patent prosecution/litigation and contested matters group to work in the office three days per week or more as needed. The Position:
We are looking for a full-time associate who will divide their time between prosecution (chemical, biochemistry) and litigation-oriented activities, including assisting with federal court litigation, contested matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as licensing, opinions, due diligence and other projects related to counseling our clients with respect to intellectual property matters.
The Person:
The successful candidate has two to five years of experience prosecuting patents in the chemical/biotech area, or similar experience in patent litigation and is registered to practice before the USPTO.
