Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $50-$55 per hour (DOE)
- Overtime: Available depending on project schedule
- Position Type: Full Time
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional benefits per eligibility
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Installation:Cut, deburr, bend, and flare, tubing (stainless steel, 304, 316, etc.) to blueprint specifications.
- Tube Bending:Operate manual, and hydraulic tubing benders, ensuring proper bend radii and angles to avoid wrinkles or thinning.
- System Assembly:Install instrument stands, air headers, tubing trays, and instrumentation components on skids or process equipment.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished tubes for accuracy, perform leak tests on connections, and troubleshoot fitment issues.
- Safety & Maintenance:Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures, including wearing PPE, maintaining clean work areas, and conducting preventative maintenance on bending machines.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Work experience: Cleanroom, semiconductor, High purity

- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and squat.
- Required use of PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing
