Construction Laborer
Greenberry Industrial – PNW Region – Traveler
Pay Rate $20 – 25 per hour, DOE Per Diem
Greenberry Industrial is currently seeking Construction Laborers to support our field teams in across Oregon and the PNW. Every workday begins with a site sign‑in, flex and stretch warm‑up, and a daily safety huddle focused on tasks, goals, and hazard awareness. We encourage questions, teamwork, and personal development on the jobsite.
- Schedule: Day shift
- Typical Hours: 8–10 hour shifts
- Days: Monday–Friday (with potential weekend work as project needs require)
- Project‑based assignment with consistent daily start times
- Assist with general construction activities as needed across the site
- Perform site cleanup, material handling, and support small task execution
- Operate basic hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, saws, tape measures, squares, and pliers
- Support skilled trades and site leadership with daily work activities
- Participate in daily safety meetings, flex and stretch, and job hazard discussions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Willingness to learn construction trades and develop new skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, industrial construction environment
- Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided as needed)
- Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to training on and operating equipment such as forklifts and man lifts (as authorized)
- Entry‑ to mid‑level construction experience welcomed
- Strong safety mindset at all times—on and off the jobsite
- Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Consistent attendance and punctuality; ability to communicate planned time off or illness to site leadership
- Commitment to following all site safety rules, policies, and procedures
