Position Summary:
The Clerk will support attorneys and paralegals in the Commercial Real Estate Department with a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares closing and post-closing documents
- Prepares closing binders and checklists
- Drafts routine correspondence/memorandum
- Maintains and updates files
- Reviews basic documents and conducts light research
- Completes additional administrative and project work assignments, as assigned
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows 2010 required; Microsoft Office 365 preferred)
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills
- Must have strong attention to detail, have ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to learn quickly and take instructions well
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Prior Experience
- Two year minimum in a professional services organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
