- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Comfortable practicing across inpatient and outpatient environments
- Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment
- Collaborative and collegial work style
- Commitment to professionalism and clinical excellence
- Interest in contributing to a cohesive, long-term physician team
- Structured, team-oriented clinical model
- Collaborative interdisciplinary support
- Stable, long-term practice setting
