Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a real opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 years of plaintiff litigation experience; employment litigation experience a plus
- Comfortable owning a task from start to finish without a lot of hand-holding
- Sharp legal research instincts and fluency across eDiscovery platforms
- A communicator who can hold their own with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Willing to work overtime and travel as needed (this is rare)
What You'll Do
- Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation
- Manage case files and eDiscovery, including document review and production
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and support other case-related tasks as needed
