What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Pediatric Private Duty Nurse for Conrad, IA area position at Greenbelt Home Care?
Embrace the opportunity to join our team in a Private Duty pediatric nursing role located in the Conrad, IA area. You will play a pivotal role in the care of a precious 19-month old boy with special needs. Enjoy a schedule with NO weekends and NO holidays and the flexibility to choose between a 32-hour or full-time commitment based on your personal preference. The hours worked will be weekday, dayshift hours.

In this capacity as a Private Duty RN, you will provide professional nursing care services for this child within the child's home.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing patient’s condition, taking vitals, distributing medications, implementing patient care plan directives, evaluating patient responses to services/care provided and documenting care delivered.
- Assisting the child in their therapy programs in or outside of the home.
- Attend school with the child **if he/she attends in person school, the typical hours for school are not "full time" school hours.**
- Optional: You may take the child to the park, library, pool, zoo, etc. if you would like to and we will pay your mileage to do so!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires current RN license for the State of Iowa.
- Professional nursing experience preferred
- New Grads are welcome!!!
