- Prepare and serve deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and hot foods
- Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell products to customers to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient deli operations
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a deli, café, or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in the food industry with an understanding of food safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.96 - $17.00 per hour
