Gold Spectrum is a dynamic, fast-paced hemp processor located in Bristol, Tennessee. We are proud of our mission to produce high-quality cannabinoid products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. We are seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales Director, Sales Managers, and their respective sales teams. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role focused on operational efficiency, customer account management, and internal coordination. This is not a sales-facing or lead-generation role, but instead plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales pipeline by handling administrative and logistical tasks, primarily through ZoHo Books, our central platform for CRM, invoicing, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update customer accounts in ZoHo Books, including notes, invoice status, and communication logs.
2. Prepare invoices, send payment reminders, and assist with order modifications.
3. Coordinate delivery routes and appointment schedules as directed by the sales team.
4. Compile weekly account snapshots for review by Sales Managers.
5. Track and summarize customer service issues, including overdue payments or client concerns.
6. Ensure seamless communication during sales rep absences by handling interim client interactions.
7. Support day-to-day sales operations to allow the sales team to focus on business development.
